DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Take one teaspoon by mouth. Hold in mouth for 30 seconds or more before swallowing. Best taken on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before meals. Use within 60 days of opening.
Store at room temperature, refrigerate upon opening. Freshness is maintained 2 years from manufacturing date.
