DIRECTIONS FOR USE
For best results, please take 2 capsules per day in the first 3-5 days and increase to 3 capsules per day as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day.

- 12.02.2023Good for SIBO. This has helped me with bloating and pain from SIBO. If you have SIBO or IBS, it is worth a try, but give it a couple of weeks to take effect.

- 10.07.2022Excellent - I've only finished half the jar and already had great results. Weight is slowing going down on its own, which is what I'm taking it for. Antibiotics kill the microbiome and I find it's hard work to get it back healthy. Once your microbiome is where it should be the weight will come down without dieting or exercise and stay off. I wish I could get the word out to everyone working so hard to lose fat, even to those who don't even try.

- 21.06.2022I purchased the powder to mix with water. The description states that the powder dissolves clear in water. The first purchase was OK, after mixing it, but the second one clumps into sticky white particles. I gave it four stars because it did help with bloating. It would be nice that it does help with loosing weight, but not feeling bloated after every meal is a big deal for me.

- 20.04.2022Effective immediately - I haven’t written a review in years I think because the time, frustration and payoff isn’t worth it, but this is one of those products where I noticed a change within one day, my wife as well. Since using this, bowel issues and gas disappeared. Don’t waste time trying a baby formula with HMO (garbage ingredients), just use these capsules.
