Understanding Gluten Digestion

Breaking down these proteins can help alleviate the symptoms associated with gluten sensitivity.
It has been proven that when you eat or drink protein and take Aminolase, the level of amino acids in your blood increases much more than when you just eat protein. These amino acids include branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), which play a vital role in muscle synthesis and regeneration.

How is aminolase obtained?
Aminolase is a specialized protease (protein-breaking enzyme) obtained from friendly bacteria, also known as probiotics. In order to produce aminolase, these probiotics are isolated and then grown using a complex fermentation process.
The fermentation medium or food for the bacteria contains a high amount of protein derived from plant sources. Proteins are necessary for the formation of an enzyme capable of splitting and breaking them down. Because the bacteria, in order to break down this protein medium, begin to produce the required enzyme on their own.
Once created, the highly specialized enzyme is extracted and encapsulated as Aminolase TPA.
How does Aminolase work?
Aminoláza helps break down proteins, efficiently and completely so the body can maximize the absorption of amino acids into the bloodstream. This reduces the amount of time digestion is exposed to large protein chains that can cause discomfort. Eating protein with Aminolase significantly increases blood amino acid levels compared to eating protein alone. These amino acids include branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), which have been shown to play a critical role in muscle synthesis and post-workout recovery.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Consume one capsule of Aminolase® per 25 grams of protein. Take Aminolase with eight ounces of water at the beginning of each protein fortified dietary or supplemented meal.
When Aminolase capsules are opened and added directly to a protein beverage, the enzymes will rapidly begin converting protein into amino acids. Amino acids have a significantly different taste profile compared to protein, which may impact taste and texture. For best results, drink within five minutes of mixing, or swallow capsules and immediately follow with your favorite protein beverage.
