SuperHMO® Prebiotic Mix contains five HMOs including 2'FL, LNNT, LNT, 3'SL, 6'SL, which is great for feeding not only bifidobacteria, but many other key species as well.
PureHMO® Prebiotic Powder contains one type of HMO, 2'FL, which is great for feeding bifidobacteria, a foundational bacteria for the gut microbiome.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
For best results, take ½ scoop or 1 scoop per day with water in the first 5-7 days and increase to 2 scoops per day or as directed by your physician. Do not exceed 3 scoops per day.

- 03.11.2023Powerful. Very cool technology for the biome. Seems to be helping with chronic IBS that runs in my family. No taste either and dissolves well even in coffee which is a plus, not hard to take in the slightest, just like sugar.

- 19.10.2023Awesome Product! I was skeptical based on the hefty price but after using it for < 1 month it is worth a try if you suffer from chronic constipation. The idea of using "mother's milk" to reset the gut makes a lot of sense. Of course, it is not that simple but a vital foundation in my opinion.

My wife has had constipation issues her entire life and this product is resolving this issue for her.
